I had an overall underwhelming experience at Natal Spa. While it's a familiar spot I enjoyed in the past, the recently steep entrance fees and hidden charges for activities really put me off. The restaurant had nice lunch options, but they felt overpriced for the portion sizes. The facilities were also lacking, with many pools closed for cleaning, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful family weekend at Natal Spa, with clean and well-equipped chalets in a peaceful environment. The staff was helpful, and the various activities kept everyone entertained. The only downside was that one of our chalets wasn't ready upon arrival, but the staff made up for it with a later checkout. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing escape from city life, but the wellness center does require an extra pass.
